Dear AMS Client,

 	On Tuesday, September 22, 2020, AMS Laboratory will send all chain of custody NON DOT collections to Clinical Reference Laboratory (CRL). CRL can provide an up to date and  comprehensive test menu that includes adulteration testing with each panel. 

AMS will continue to provide clients and outpatients with collection services and we will send collections to CRL for you. We can provide you with additional information about CRL upon request.
 	AMS will be sending new requisitions and collection cups to your facility. These collection cups  will be used starting September 22. We ask you to return all AMS NON DOT drug screen requisitions and collection cups to AMS to avoid confusion.

There will be two panels (as shown below), a 30C7 and 30GQ which are comparable to our current 6 panel and 10 panel. You have the option to order a synthetic cannabinoid panel, a bath salt panel and an alcohol biomarkers panel. Quantitative levels will be included with all drug screens. If you choose to order a drug confirmation on one or more classes, the cost will be $40.00 per class. You may call AMS for the specific test code.
