Text: C-ANCA is present in 84-100% of patients with Generalized Wegener granulomatosis (WG). C-ANCA positive sera containing PR-3 ABS are 80% sens. and 97% specific for WG. Positive ANCA in other patients typically give a P-ANCA pattern and are usually assoc with Myeloperoxidase Abs.
